Thalassery / Tellicherry is a major town in Kannur District in Kerala. It was a town of significant importance during the British Rule where the Judicial Jurisdiction of Thalassery Court span all the way till Mysore. The Thalassery Coorg Road (TC Road) spans from Thalassery all the way till Coorg, a small town in Karnataka. Thalassery is know as the land of 2Cs. Cake, Circus and Cricket. Its the land of Bakery. Also the Tellicherry Pepper is still famous all the way till Europe.
